Oil change & Tire rotationThey did not check the air in the tires during balance and rotationWhen I pointed out that each tire was low, they filled them all to 40 psi, which is too much. The manager then tried to justify the overfill rather than correct the issue.

Long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Would have been nice for them to check my tire pressure as well. I had to air them all up 2 days later.

Oil change tire rotation balance rear brakesAfter having the work done got home notice the tires were not rotated called and they told me they were rotated but when they did the brakes they rotated them back. Also noticed they tire pressure was still 29# the same as I went in never even checked the tire pressure I was told to bring the car back in. Second time in I was told they would rotate and balance got the car back the tire pressure was never check still at 29# no balance.

Nicholas is always extremely professional and friendly. Explains services in a clear thorough manner and doesn’t pressure or attempt to up sale non necessities. Appears to disclose honest assessments regarding repairs. Carries himself with much integrity which I appreciate.

Allen Francis Taylor was exceptionally informative, explained all the procedures that needed to be done to get my car in proper order. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, and kept my vechile on the rack to show me how bad my struts were. I feel like he really cares about customer service.
