Great experience. Store manager was awesome. She really made it a great experience. She was very courteous and professional.

I scheduled appointment early in the week for Friday.Was told it would take 1 1/2-2 hrs. I arrived 10 minutes early. Was told by the new service mgr one of the mechanics did not show up but assured me it did not affect getting my car done. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled time and my car had not moved was told 3x mechanic did not show, I rescheduled appointment and left. The new service manager is annoying and acts like he knows everything. The rescheduled appointment took 3 1/2 hrs

The sales lady was very thorough in explaining everything. I was kept informed of what was going on and she called a couple times to explain my options. She also called back when it was complete and was very Sweet and Friendly.

Had to go back and get tire fixed due to an error made on their end.
