I like making my appointment on line and that I received an email to remind me of my appointment the day before. I like the fact that they took my car in at my appointment time.

Terrible communication. Set up my servixe on Fri for sat. Gave my name and phone. Checked in Sat with another person. Told him i will not wait there and he can call me when it is done. 5pm comes around with no call. I drive back to the store. Place is locked up and no one around. They are closed on Sun. Show up Mon and was told no alignment was done because i could not be reached. I asked what number was called and was told a totally different number from my own. Went to Firestone. Better servic

Isaac and Tyler are both fantastic. It is rare to find mechanics I can totally trust, but I do trust them. They have helped me out many times. I have brought at least 8 cars to this location (Davis Lake) over the years and I have recommended them to many friends and family. Tyler and Isaac both go above and beyond what is expected and I want to give them a big shout-out and say “good job and thank you!” They have helped me with both little things and big things. The little things are what first got my attention to come first to NTB for the big things. Keep up the good work and don’t change!

Really good staff. a tire repair and routine rotate balance and alignment was 2H 20M visit. Seemed excessive. There may be a need for more technicians.
