At a time when the location was obviously swamped with work, the guy said he could have the tires I was interested in there in the afternoon. He didn't need any more work that day, but I needed the tires, and he acted like it was his job to help me out

Went in for a nail in a tire I purchased at NTB. It was fixed promptly. Good service!

Didn't take very long good job!

On my way over someone from the shop tried to call me to let me know that my appointment would need to be rescheduled, but I didn’t find out until I got there. They had had some call offs and were a bit understaffed but they were able to get me in and replace my tires. So I really appreciate them understanding my situation and making things work. Especially while short people. The people at this location really deserve a lot of praise for going above and beyond.

I arrived about 15 minutes early, and they took my car right away once they finished their previous task. Communication was very effective and the wait time was pretty fast for them to be short staffed

Mark, the manager was very thoughtful and explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner. He was also friendly and offered me a coffee. He’s a good guy

I appreciate the the oil change includes other checks. They were able to complete a tire rotation and verify that something was wrong with my battery and replace that as well.
