Service was decent. I had an appointment at 9:30 am for an oil change yet I set their until almost 1pm. They need to do a better job with spacing customers out for social distancing. There were far too many ppl in the waiting area.

I am a repeat customer. I have never had any issues

The service was fine. I was charged more than the price I was given and I did not like that. They offered me a $20 discount for my next visit. I am not sure of a next visit. I would like my money refunded.

I got there and they got me in and out and did a great job rotating my tires

We were traveling and had a blowout on our travel trailer. They took care of us as soon as we got there and we were back on the road in a timely manner.

Appointment time was not accurate and I had to wait for an hour and a half before my vehicle was taken back for service. Service was performed well and alignment corrected. Middle of the road service center.

I was very pleased with the customer service given at this location. Everyone was friendly and the communication was frequent and simple. The location was very clean as well

Horrible! I purchased a set of tires with the works. Tire monitor light is still on after having gone back twice. Recently I had a nail in my left rear tire, took it in and they informed me I had to purchase a new one but it was covered in the toad hazard warranty. I paid $45 and some change, but I had to pay for balancing and a individual road hazard warranty. This will be my last time I get tires from NTB.

I was highly satisfied because I booked my appt. Online, and when I got to NTB. My check in was easy, the tires I ordered were there and the service was quick and easy.
