I was not able to be seen due to miscommunication, under staffing and I heard yelling, cursing from the garage staff and manager.

They assist right a way. He showed me what I needed to know about my repair.

I was offered a free oil change due to the mechanics mistake of putting on my paperwork that my tires were rotated. However they were not rotated so this is false information on my Carfax report. What about the safety factor they also put on there that they advise me of my battery no one ever said nothing other than have a good day I happened to read it and I called the manager and Questioned as too why?

Easy to set up appointment. The work didn’t take long to complete.

I had a scheduled appointment at 4 oclock for a oil change it took 3 hours

John and his team do a fantastic job every time I visit. John answers all my questions and informed of needing to rotate my tires when I get my oil changed. I appreciate him and his team. It’s nice going somewhere I get the value for my money. I always recommend people going to NTB in Boardman ohio.

Bryan Chris Bailey Was very helpful. He let me know what was going on every step of the process. He was courteous. It was a wonderful experience. I look forward to seeing Bryant the next time I need my vehicle repaired.

Greg was the guy taking care of me. He kept things under control, despite a female employee quitting at the time I arrived to NTB. She was yelling and swearing in the front waiting room. Even when she was in the back you could hear her screaming at the top of her lungs. She was only embarrassing herself. Greg had a cool head though.
