All went well with appointment and pick up.

The staff was friendly, helpful and completed my service within the expected timeframe. It was an overall great first visit.

Did everything I asked and all went well. Also followed up with me on items needed and also called when vehicle was ready to pick up.

The person who assisted me with my vehicle was very kind and explained that my road hazard purchase would not necessarily cover the issue I had because of the size of the hole in my tire. I waited less than an hour and had a detailed explanation of what they were going to do, what I would be charged, and why.

I had made an appointment for a tire replacement at the Silver Drive location. They experienced a problem, but instead of just telling me that, they made an appointment for me at the Sinclair location. They fit me in. Great experience.

Right front tire was vibrating. Found and corrected asphalt on inside of tire. Also found loose PS hose and corrected.

The clerk Dan was highly knowledgeable of my car tires info.,what caused the problem etc. Very Professional, also had a nice sense of humor 👍.

Daniel Kirk did an amazing job explaining to us what was happening and accommodating us especially because we had some unforeseen situations with our tires. Mr Kirk went and got the tires we needed and provided a very through explanation about our warranty etc. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Catherine was very kind to us when we arrived and very kind while we waited.
