The mechanic was knowledgeable and friendly. He understood what my vehicle needed and explained the maintenance thoroughly. He didn’t perform anything unnecessary.

This review will not allow me to only rate with one star. POOR rating I took my car in for a new battery. They did not use a data saver while replacing my battery which caused problems to my electrical system. I had to take my car to another station to fix this problem costing me and additional $90.00. I went back to NTB requesting to be reimbursed for the $90.00. The customer service agent handling this would only give me $50.00. He has no sense of how to treat customers.

We have been going there for over 3 years. They treat us nice and do a good job. We take both of our cars there
