I have used NTB before, And they were knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. This trip was no different. They communicated clearly before doing any work like always and were willing to answer any and all questions. I will be back to get tires for the winter season and a new battery.

Everything was as good as it could have possibly been. It was a busy day and I had no prior appointment, but when I called saying I'd had an emergency, they told me to come on in.

Staff is very friendly. Appointment right on time. We take all our vehicles to NTB.

Professsional service, both front desk and technicians. Fair pricing. The tire rotation was done at no charge. They found my air filter was filthy are replaced it at a low cost.

They were understaffed and was able to fit me in to fix a flat tire. During the inspection, they found another tire that had a bolt in it. They were able to patch both my tires.
