I went to NTB because my vehicle showed low tire pressure. While there, it was discovered that I had a screw in my tire. I left the car and they offered to take me to my appointment (I chose to walk for the exercise.) They called less than an hour later and it was fixed!

I rescued a kitten this morning on my way to work & it disappeared into my console. I called to see if they could help & they readily agreed to look at it. They took my console panels off but no kitten. My daughter took a video &. thought she saw it so she took my car back & they removed another part & got the kitten out. I can't say enough how prompt, courteous, & professional they were. They were willing to go the extra mile & take the whole thing apart to try to save the kitten. I'm giving them a 10+++++ & the kitten who already had a home waiting (thanks to a kind coworker) can consider itself extremely lucky. Thanks guys!!!!!

I never have any problems at this location. It is easy for me to schedule appointments, the staff are always friendly, helpful and explain the service they are providing.

Jack and the rest of the guys here always provide excellent service.

Had a 3 p.m. appointment; arrived about a half-hour early. No problem; truck was taken in for service in about 10 minutes.

Their service was great the guys was very polite and answered all of my question. I recommend this place.

The Wheeling team has always treated me as a top customer even though I normally do not purchase tires from them. They always take the extra steps to assure that the customer always gets the best service. I see this with every customer they interface with when I am there.
