The NTB location in Wheeling WV has always provided extremely high levels of extraordinary service every time I have used them. They go out of their way to delight their customers.

Good customer service. Sales associate was knowledgeably and friendly. Store was clean. Sales associate put my tire in the back of my truck.

Answered all my questions in detail. Advised of small issues they saw, but never pressured me into having those fixed. CJ was very informative about my options and his recommendations.

the tires might have been checked, but not filled when found under pressure. They rectified the situation subsequently, but after prompting.

Morgan and Robert are a large part of the reason I utilize NTB for automotive services. They are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My hope is that these guys are as appreciated by the company as they are by the people they serve.

Had a 9 AM "appointment" for a state inspection"; didn't get put the door/ finished till almost 10:30! Inexcusable, since that was only the second slot for inspections. I know things come up, but this is fairly common @ this NTB. Then, they forgot to give me(and I forgot to retrieve) my insurance and registration cards; I had to return to the shop. Not a pleasant experience. ( Again, I realize this oversight is human error, on their AND my parts). Just saying.
