Very good service. Location was a little busy that day I went in to purchase tires and have them installed. So needless to say my wait was a bit longer than I had planned for.

I was satisfied with the service that was performed.

I would have given NTB 5 stars if it wasnt for their time management. They need to improve in that area. Too many appts for not too many technicians, so they end up falling behind.Other than that, I had 4 new tires installed and that went smooth. Price was reasonable. Ill come back again.

Service was very good. My appointment was at 9 and it was 9:15 before truck was pulled in for svc.

The speed of the work and the friendlyness of the associate

Tire change was done quickly and timed picked up well. They checked battery as a courtesy, but did not check pressure in all tires. When asked to put air in tires, random pressures were found which were mostly over inflated from 36-39 with each tire being different. For cold, tires should be 35. That was kind of disappointing, but otherwise good service.

Service seemed east and worry free. Didn’t have any issues, but timing may have been an issue if I didn’t work so close
