I bought four tires from NTB about 11 months ago and alignment was so bad that I needed new rear tires due to tread wear. Crestwood store was able to see me right away and install new tires. Also have an appointment for alignment.

Way less expensive than the Infiniti dealer

Service was OK the work that was done was pricey , don't know if it was because of the Coronavirus pandemic or not.

Katie was very helpful with options for the auto issues I’ve got goin on, and there’s a lot of them. She quoted two tire options and inspection options for my vehicle.

Forgot to put my hubcap back on. Had to drive 25 miles the next day for them to fix it.

The manager helped me and was very professional, nice, explained everything great and got me in and out.

My car battery was on last legs. Took it to competitor down the street, they tried to price gouge, over $450. I called ntb and spoke to someone over the phone, stating if I turn my car off it will die. Told me they would get me in right now and swap the battery. Quoted me at a fair price $225, I found they were honest, professional, and friendly. This location has won me over and I will use them on all my cars in the future.
