NTB-National Tire & Battery

I hit something in the road while traveling and that took a chunk out of my tire, so I went to an NTB in some state and they actually had the odd sized tire in stock while no one else did, so they won me there. Anyway whatever I ran into did damage and they will get to fix it for me.

The one tire I needed was available and they completed ti change out in about 15 minutes

A male associate welcomed me when I got there. Three mechanic took good care of my vehicle. A female associate was also friendly.

Dropped the truck off and they had it ready by the time i asked for no problems at all!

Able to work around schedule after change had to be made. In and out in less than 45 minutes for services.

The service was very quick for a suspected nail in the tire. However, the only issue was the valve in the valve stem was very loose causing the air leak. It was corrected quickly and I was able to go about my day. The only issue I had was the service tech only aired up the tire to the typical inflation which was 10 pounds less than the recommended for my vehicle.
