They lost my center cap to my wheel, so that was a little disappointing. Tires are good though

Reuben was friendly and greeted me immediately as I entered. He was able to pull my reservation quickly and the entire process was seamless. When I picked up my car, Sherilyn greeted me when I walked in, and was able to pull my information quickly. She had the service tech pull my vehicle out and the entire process took less than 10 minutes. Good value and service was great.

Service as expected, customer service needs work

Reuben was helpful and very thorough, he provide an estimated time frame, was kind and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service.

"I took my wife's care to have an alignment and tire rotation done. I always mark the tires to make sure that they are rotated properly. Every time I take one of our cars to NTB, they only move the tires from front to back on the same side. With non directional tires you are suppose to cross rotate the tires. When I ask the manager why this was not done, he stated that NTB does not cross rotated unless you specify that is what you want. So from now on I will have to tell them how to correctly rotate the tires."

Sherilyn was great and incredibly helpful! I called at the last minute for getting an inspection done and despite the fact that they had a full schedule Sherilyn went out of her way to help by getting my car in the same day for inspection. I was so appreciative that the service persons waited for me so that my registration wouldn’t be late! Thanks again!

It was easy to check in and the service didn't take very long to complete. I have an appointment later in the day for a different vehicle and they even offered to get to it before the appointment time if I wanted to do that.

Went in without an appointment to purchase tires for my daughters car. Juan Carlo checked out the tires and was very thorough in explaining my options. Ended up going with the buy 3 get one free Bridgestone deal. I dropped off the car and Juan called about an hour later and the car was ready for pick up. Juan was great and I will definitely be going back.

Professional, knowledgeable and respectful staff, provided me with great customer care as well as on time for my scheduled appointment and quickly took care of all my needs. There was no pressure to fix additional findings but the staff made sure I was aware and provided me with pricing. I felt like a valued customer and would definitely recommend this company and location based on the excellent experience I received.
