It was clean and the staff were friendly. Cost was explained somewhat but staff seemed a bit confused and hesitant when explaining.

Have been servicing various cars there for years. The folks at NTB always willing toexplain the work that will be performed on the vehicle. Competitive pricing and mailers for upcoming sales. Steve is knowledgeable and patient.

Stopped in for air in a tire and Karem said I should get it checked out he thought I had a nail. He was correct!. I was on my way out of town so he saved me trouble on the road. Sydney Crumpton took care of me. Had my tire patched and on the road in record time!

It was quick, convenient, and easy. The associate I worked with was clear, detailed in explanations, friendly, and professional. Great experience!

They performed the annual emissions inspection and gave maintenance recommendations of items to look at for the future. Staff was courteous and friendly. I did not have an appointment, but was there in early morning hours and my waiting time was about an hour or less. I would use them again.

They took the time and made sure there was nothing wrong with my tires before I go on a long trip.

I had a severe accident damaging the front end steering mechanisms. They worked directly with my insurance company and the settlement was handled very efficiently and timely.

I had a screw in one of my tires which I had already removed from my car. The service clerk explained the cost and what was needed. I had a prior commitment and could not wait for the repair. I asked if I could pick-up the tire the next morning. He said yes and he would call me when it was ready. The next day, I received the call as promised..upon arrival the bill was exactly as explained. I’m almost 77 years old, it is very hot outside, I asked if was possible for them to Mount my repaired tire. He said there might be a wait, he checked and I was immediately served. The technician with the right tools removed my spare tire and installed the repaired tire in less than 5 minutes. This saved me over 20 minutes in the heat. Thank you for going beyond in customer service.

Darlene Soropia is the best. She explained everything in detail and also made sure I was aware of a recent purchase that I was not aware of that was at no cost. She is honest and very friendly.
