Tracy was very knowledgeable and helpful with servicing my tire and providing information to repair the rim. Handled everything quickly and everything ready when he said it would be. Great customer service.

Quick service, only wish they had put my jack back into place.. oh well!

I’ve been coming to this NTB for service several years now. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They communicate when service is needed or will be needed soon but they don’t try to scare you into getting the service that day unless is absolutely necessary. I appreciate that as I don’t always have the additional fins for unexpected service.

Calvin at this location was fantastic from the time that I called to inquire about a tire to the time the tire was installed. When I called as I had experienced a razor blade in my right rear tire and needed a replacement. I told him what I was looking for and he just flat out fantastic! He told me to come in and he would take care of me and yes, he was just outstanding from the phone call to the tire being replaced. It is very refreshing these days to receive the outstanding customer service that doesn't exist anymore. I visited 2 of your other stores, one off of Plano Pkwy and one off Preston Road in Frisco and the first one didn't have time with an hour plus left to replace the tire. Just was asked to make an appointment tomorrow and come back with a flat tire. The gentleman in Frisco tried to help but said they didn't have the Michelin and all of the other stores didn't either. I thanked him walked out and called the Carrollton store and Calvin to the rescue. He asked me how he could help and I told what I was looking for and he said had it and to come on over and he would take care of me. This will be my go to store from now on! Calvin should be employee of the month.

I took my car to another NTB and it took all day for them to tell me they didn't have my tire in stock. I reached out to this location and they had it. I scheduled my service appointment and brought my car in Sunday morning and within an hour it was done. I was shocked because at other locations, a simple tire service resulted in keeping my car for an entire day. Calvin was very helpful and transparent and friendly. Well worth the 30 minute drive from my house for exceptional customer service.

Road hazard replacement was a breeze.

Easy and fast

Alignment was free but failed to adequately explain that fixing alignment was chargable. Why would I pay for alignment when my car was only a year old and obviously under warranty...

Honesty

They did service and also charged me for the Diagnostics I've been going there for years and they always credited the diagnostic if they do the work oh, there was a new guy there and that I didn't recognize and he would not take away the diagnostic charge

Both Sales Associates Kendulf Stevens and Tracy Purtill were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My issue was resolved quickly and correctly so kudos to the Mechanics as well. A definite return customer. Thank you!

I made an appointment for a specific time but after an hour, I was told I would have to wait. It took 2 hours for an oil change! I was not happy. Not sure if I will go back.
