I was treated very well by the man that checked me in and out. I was referred by a friend who has an alignment done there in the past. I’m always leery of places like this because they tend to try and up-sell me into something I don’t want or need. That didn’t happen. They very very helpful and treated me with respect. That alone set the tone and everything else fell into place as it should. My car was done in the estimated time.

This visit was mainly for a tire rotation for my wife's car for the tired which we had bought at NTB. Since we 1st purchased the set of 4 tires along with the lifetime rotation package, we've had no issues with these tires and the service has always been nothing short of exceptional!

Service done to my vehicle was explained in detail. Service people were very professional .

My car had a flat tire this morning. I was able to change to the spare and drive the car in. I had the tire repaired and was able to have the state inspection done (at a different retailer) and be home by 11am. I was very happy they took care of me so quickly although I did not have an appointment. I have used NTB for about twenty years now and have never been disappointed.
