The staff was friendly, the building was clean, the service time wasn't bad based on how busy they were, they looked into a problem I was experiencing and communicated what they found to me, and most importantly they didn't talk down to me just because I am a woman.

Had coupon for 49.99 but was billed 68.00. When I asked about it reply was price had gone up, but on line price for same service was 68.00. So I feel they ripped me off. Then next day my car had large amount of oil under it. Took car back and they said the oil filter was broken ( never have heard that before)! Sounds like it was not tightened to me. Will not go back to aplace that will not honor their coupons.

They tried to tell me I needed all kinds of stuff done to my truck, when I only came in for a nail in my tire. The total of the things they said I needed totaled over 2000 dollars, and I had just had the engine replaced and at the dealership two days before. They said the oil needed changing along with new antifreeze!! HA HA What a crock!
