Upon stopping in NTB and explaining my issue, they scheduled an immediate appointment for the next day (a holiday). Upon my arrival they took my vehicle into the garage and began assessing the problem. Soon I was advised of the problem and the cost to repair and "make it right". The staff was friendly and kept me advised of the progress. The staff also noticed that I was due for an oil change and after some discussion (and finding out that NTB was a full service garage), I asked that they complete the oil change and process the vehicle inspection which would be due in August. Although the dummy light on the car's computer could not be resolved at this time, I was very satisfied. Their service has made me feel like I can trust what they repaired, and I intend on returning for any future issues.

NTB reps Adam and Donna at the Thorndale, Pa site were great with customer service. Adam not only throughly explained the services that would be provided, but also made me aware of future issues with my auto. Donna presented an credit option and thoroughly explained the conditions to applying as well as the current promotions available. The overall experience very welcomed.
