All technicians and salesman were friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. Scheduling and pricing online was helpful and easy to understand. The pricing was very accurate and honest.

I was satisfied with everything except for the wait time. I was told originally that it would take an hour, and then it took an hour and a half. They didn’t start my car until 30 mins after I arrived, but it was done within an hour after that. Overall very friendly staff and good service!

Morning Tech apparently forgot to call me to tell me my car was done. Evening tech called around 6pm to ask if I would be leaving the car overnight and I said I was planning to pick it up but hadn’t received a call yet telling my car was ready.

The replacement sensor was defective. When they looked at it the next day. The master tech figured out the problem.

I had an 11am appt and my car wasn't brought in to be looked at till @11:45 plus it took longer than I expected for two tires and an oil change. Employees were great.

I had a 430 appt. I was taken almost immediately. I asked the associate how long it would take he said 1-1.5 hours. I took an Uber home and after 2 hours I called - no answer. I decided to Uber over... the associate told me it would be another 1-1.5 hours. So, I Ubered back home and received a call after 25 minutes saying my car was ready. (I live a 5 minutes away via car) so $682 for tires and $24 in Uber rides I’m kinda annoyed; if it was only going to take 25 more minutes I would have waited. Otherwise, Everything seems fine.

The waiting room customer service area had absolutely zero heat!! I waited for my vehicle for approximately three and a half hours in this temperature. Completely unacceptable!! I will never subject myself or communicate this to others who were inquiring about having service done at this particular location.
