NTB-National Tire & Battery

Dropped off two wheels and tires and purchased two replacement tires due to road damage. Asked them to mount and balance both tires which they did, picked up the following day. Store manager was pleasant, no problem so far. The problem is the outrageous price for mount and balance. $65.96 to mount and balance two tires which they didn't even have to install on the vehicle. One time balance$9.99 per tire plus $8.00 per tire for balancing for the life of the tire REALLY? This was my first visit to NTB and it will be my last.

price way to high 164.00, to do tire rotation and to adjust my head lights

showed up for appointment only to be told they had no staff, specifically told "did nobody call you to reschedule?" obviously if someone would have called, it would have been nice. so i had to drive back home and come back later. once i did get service to start, it took 54 minutes for a routine oil change. that's mighty slow...

I had a 5:30 appointment which I was on time for to have tires installed. I was told that I would be called when my car was ready, but the shop closed at 8:00 p.m.. I arrived before 7:30 p.m. to LOCKED doors and no one answering my knock at the doors. I had to call the store in order to be let in the shop only to be told that they were NOT able to get to my car this evening. WHO DOES THAT!!!! Someone could have called to tell me that!!!!! Keep in mind that I had a 5:30PM appointment which I was on time for (early)...NOone called me prior to this to inform me. Here I am coming to the shop thinking that I was going to pick up a ready car or almost ready at least, as a result of my 530pm appointment but noooo! When I ask for the manager's name I was told that his name was Paul. Manager? To my surprise he was the one who checked me in and stated that he would call me once my car was ready and that they closed at 8:00 p.m. I am extremely livid!!! This type of service (lack there of) is UNACCEPTABLE and I will never recommend this company to anyone!!

i was late 7 mins due to traffic she overvalued how long it takes to properly rotate tires. She wanted me to believe an oil change taking over an hour was sufficient time to perform an oil change. When time is money.

After paying over $500 for all new tires, which included the buy 3 get 1 free deal, and waiting 2 hrs to have them put on, not 5 hours afterward I was stuck away from home with a flat tire without any apparent reason (no nail or damage to tire)

I went in for tires, inspection, and an oil change. I was told I needed four brakes and tires, what I was charged for them is at least 100 dollars more than what the ten mechanics near me charge, I know because I checked. They also charged me more for service time then what they had my car for. I don't like that the manager, Donna, lied to me and ripped me off. I will make sure that anybody who lives near me and is considering taking there car to an NTB location does not, so they don't get ripped off like I did.

Inspection mechanics are blind and crazy for the things they fail vehicles for inapection. They failed my car for frayed seatbelts so i went to 6 other inspection stations and every one of them said there was nothing wrong qith my seatbelts. So i cant get my inspection sticker i paid for there because of seatbelts and have to go someqhere elae and pay for inspection all over again.
