I am so happy with my Hand & Stone membership and enjoy all of the massage therapists for different reasons. They all have different strengths and specialties. Kate is a miracle-worker on my neck and shoulders - she was able to relieve a major knot that was causing significant pain. My only complaint (which is a good thing) is that you need more therapists for evening and weekend appointments. It is getting harder and harder to get in with my weekday work schedule. Thank you!

Chris is the best massage therapist ever. Every session is helpful to me. I have a very busy schedule and he knows exactly what I need without me having to explain anything. He's patient and kind.

Re-scheduling due to Covid illness was easily taken care of with no problems. The greeting when I entered was engaging and friendly. The massage was wonderful and I slept well that night.
