Christiana is amazing. Shoutout to her! Since my first time booking with her till now, she is my preferred massage therapist. She’s very a knowledgeable, remembers who I am, and makes sure that any questions regarding pressure or areas of concern are okay to ask.

I'm new to the area and in need of a facial. I felt welcomed and my skin issues were dealt with and I'm very happy. I joined the Member program.I don't fully understand how it works, but I know I can ask, I'm hoping it's as good as I was told it is. I booked my next appt. and I'm looking forward to it. I hope my great first experience continues! Getting a facial is personal and hard to find trust in a new person taking care of your skin. I'm very happy with Lisa. She made me very comfortable, answered all my questions and didn't push any products on me, which I personally appreciate. There were a couple products I was interested in, however, they were out of stock. Bottom line is, I am happy I found this place and am really looking forward to going back

The only complaint I have has NOTHING to do with the front desk staff or the incredible ladies who do my facials and massages. I had a product issue a couple months ago and my esthetician requested a manger contact me about it and they never did.

Felicia is amazing! She is the primary reason I come to Hand & Stone. I’m sure there are other therapists that are pretty good. However, her professionalism and attention to what you ask is fantastic. She truly makes it a relaxing experience.
