Good availability of appointments. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Great massage!

After setting the appointment and filling the forms out online, when I arrived the reception person told me I needed to fill out the forms. They then handed me an iPad with my wife’s information on it. They told me that the accounts must have been merged somehow and that I should write over my wife’s info and put mine.

I had to reschedule this appointment a couple of times due to therapist issues of availability with my original appointment and the receptionist helped get me rescheduled with a time that worked for me.

The entire experience was great. I appreciate the receptionist explaining the membership program in detail (I was mentally drained so I was really having a hard time comprehending at first). The massage was amazing as well! The perfect amount of pressure and special attention to the problem areas.

This was my first time at Hand & Stone and it was nothing short of amazing. The reception staff and Jennifer were incredible at what they do. I would highly recommend all the services I received.

Molli did an amazing job!! By far the best experience I've had. She explained everything and listened to my personal needs/requests and her skills are just impeccable. I left there feeling so much better than when I arrived.

All so well friendly and polite and courteous in checking in and checking out, as well as booking following appointments, and as to offering water, before going in, and before checking out.

The staff at the front desk were extremely professional. Michael helped me schedule my appointment and get me settled before heading back. My massage therapist was very professional and did an amazing job. I had not had a made in over ten years, and I will return!

The staff are always very professional and very courteous. Steve is always sensitive to special needs that I have he does it my way.
