Molli takes the time to listen and customize my facials based on my feedback. I love that I can trust her with what is best for my skin. She is amazing.

Savannah is always nice and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about what my skin needs. Everyone is very welcoming and I always feel relaxed after my appointment.

I have had a membership for over 5 years and my therapist is the same one ( Heather). She is AMAZING! I have 2 family members that go this same place every month.. most times twice a month. I have had a number of different treatments also. All with excellent satisfaction! I won’t go anywhere else!!

Hand and Stone has excellent massage therapists. My regular therapist, Christina, does an amazing job of being sensitive to what I need in a massage and then providing an awesome massage. The entire staff are friendly and helpful, that just makes for a good experience.

The place was clean and welcoming. Sweet girls to greet us . Very professional staff.

I always loved my visits in the past to another location. Upon moving I just never tried a new location and am sad I've waited to long. While I was sore after my massage, it was much needed. Looking forward to returning soon! Thank you to the team in Waco!

Love this place I have a membership and typically get facials only but decided to do a massage this month and loved every second. He listened to my concerns and targeted my back and shoulders like I asked, left feeling a million times better

Yan is the BEST masseuse! The rest of the staff is always very welcoming and kind. Overall, great experience EVERY TIME at Hand & Stone.

Waiting room and massage room was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist (Tireshia??) was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable.
