Establishment was clean. Staff was pleasant and prompt. Work was very professional.

Therapist was knowledgeable and competent. She addressed my issues professionally. Front desk staff answered every question I asked.

I was very impressed with my overall experience. The facility, as well as the staff, truly exceeded my expectations. My prior experience with massage was with full service spas only, but Hand & Stone provides a similar experience. Membership allows me to schedule a monthly massage at half the price of most full service spas.

I am always comfortable. I leave feeling better. My masseuse has become a highpoint of my visit.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The therapist always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. At the end I felt rejuvenated and reenergized.

I was very satisfied with Brittany’s knowledge to provide me with the facial that would be best for my skin. She was able to listen to my concerns and I was happy with the end result. My skin feels smoother and soft. I signed up for the membership and will continue with regular facials. I would recommend Hand & Stone .
