The front desk is awesome, so friendly and helpful. Love the ambience of the reception area and more important, the rooms. Ginger was excellent and will be my go to person going forward. Although, I have purchased products in the past, love it that they do not pressure in selling products. They recommend, just don't pressure sale. Love this place.

Hand and Stone was the best massage

I could not get Daryl as my massage therapist due to his popularity so the scheduler suggested I try Michelle who was the second most popular therapist. Michelle was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I loved how she massaged me, where she massaged me and the pressure level of the massage. I was so pleased i am switching from Daryl (who is excellent) to Michelle who is a better match for me

The overall atmosphere is quite pleasant and relaxing. Knowledgeable and helpful receptionist and every massage therapist I have had over the past five years has been amazing.
