I did not wait long in the lobby. My therapist was amazing, very friendly, social and considerate. I felt so welcomed when I walked in and felt the same way walking out!

Massage therapist is amazingly skilled Also, has a very calming bright personality. She is very aware of my requests and needs. Sometimes it gets very cold in the massage room and she has offered to bring in a blanket. Some of the vents are too strong and directly on the table in one room. Most of the time it is comfortable

I have not had a massage in years but had received a gift card from my boss. It was the best massage I have ever had. She was superb and I will ask for her again every time as I got the monthly package.

I was able to make a same day appointment and my massage was excellent. The therapist really listened to what I had said I needed

I have recently been unhappy with my original center and was thinking about leaving Hand & Stone altogether. Then, I decided to try a new site with new office staff, manager, and. massage therapist... Boy was I delighted that I did!! I am now loving this new massage center!! I feel like a valued customer and am thrilled with everything from my walk-in experience to the actual massage!! I am staying with Hand & Stone at this new site!! I am forever grateful to the manager, the office person, Abby, and my new massage therapist, Gabi, for the incredible service and experience!!! Thank you! Thank you!!
