Kelly was very professional and friendly. She is excellently did a great job. Right away I was convinced to get a membership. I am new in the states and so happy to found my place for relaxation

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and there was a good amount of times available. My massage therapist was very nice and helped with specific areas of pain during my massage. The front desk staff were very nice and thorough.

Staff was incredibly friendly, from the person on the phone who helped me book my appointment to the person who greeted me when I entered to the massage therapist.

Ashleigh is a great aesthetician and so friendly. Everyone there is very nice. Only criticism is a disconnect between the Hand & Stone website services listed and the lack of options when actually booking a service (they don't show the services shown as options on the website, ex. different types of facials, etc.). Also like how they aren't pushy with products or selling memberships. They tell you the options, but there's no pressure.
