Phone reservation was very easy. Counter staff were/are very friendly and efficient. Massage therapist was very knowledgeable and effective in treatment.

The staff was friendly and tried to fulfill any need that arose. When there was a question about the bill, the manager came and explained things. She worked to explain the situation and gave me a coupon for $20 off a future service.

Alex was awesome, everything was spotless, and I appreciated the appropriate use of PPE. The environment felt very safe!
