Kat was very informative and gave me some amazing tips to reach my skin care goals! I went in with oily/dull/congested skin and walked out GLOWING and refreshed. I had the microdermabrasion for the first time and my skin has never looked/felt smoother. I plan on seeing her in the near future and can’t wait for my next appointment.

The staff was very friendly. The therapist was excellent in providing a relaxing environment and his massage focused on the muscle groups that were tender. I have booked my next massage.

I've been to 3 different Hand & Stone locations and this is the best overall. The front desk employees are very knowledgeable and always friendly. The therapists here are very skilled and willing to assist in any way they can. I never have to wait past my appointment time, nor am I constantly rescheduled because my therapist no longer works there. Stability of employees is a wonderful thing. I also actually FEEL like they truly care about me. They always know who I am when I come in or call. Too bad H&S doesn't have the ability to permanently transfer my membership to Durbin. I would do it in a heartbeat.
