The friendliness, professionalism & quality of care. I especially liked my massage therapist explaining what was going to take place before we started and allowing me to ask questions during the massage,otherwise he was silent and attentive to my massage needs. Loved the experience and I would highly recommend Randolph for a great massage experience. I will be back.
