I had a facial. My understanding is that it should be an hour which also allows for changing. But I also added on microdermabrasion and one other service. In my mind this would add on time for these other services. But my facial was still an hour. So if seems the regular facial portion was shorter than it should have been.

The massage therapist was fine, but the cbd oil was a waste of money. I just went home and showered it off... I expected a different outcome. Perhaps my expectation was unrealistic.

I don’t believe you need to have a credit card on file, especially when I’m using a gift card. I don’t like this “new” process as I’ve never had to have a credit card on file before. And I don’t go but a handful (at most) times a year

The cost is going up when the cost was already on a high side for the type of facility. A 60 min massage is not truly 60 minutes because of time to set up and wrap up. So already getting less for the money spent.

Did not get a price sheet for individual services after I joined the membership. How to redeem rewards points was not explained to me. I enjoyed my technician and her pleasantness. Appeared to be educated; not overbearing.

my son continues to purchase non member giftcards for me and I am a member. Always a hassle getting them added to my account. Also, why doesn't someone tell him I am a member when purchasing?

Massage therapist & estatístician were great, front desk was a little rude when I was inquiring about an eye cream. I asked for a sample & she said we don’t have any in Clarity. I said what about dermalogica? She rudely goes over and hands me one sample without explaining anything. I only use dermalogica products & some clarity & was buying a $66 bottle of skin care product. I wasn’t looking for free hand outs, genuine interest in a new eye cream. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience after I just had two spa services and spent an additional $150 in tips & upgrades. She was like if you don’t know what to tip, here is a guide & pointed to a piece of paper in desk. Felt very impersonal. Paper said good, better, best, when the good was over 25%!! Very wrong! Don’t make your customers feel like they are not tipping enough at 25% that is just crazy!
