The massage did not apply enough pressure. The massage seemed rushed. She was very friendly but seemed new to massage.

I arrived at 2:51 for 3pm appointment. It was 3:06 when the esthetician came to lobby to get me. It was 3:11 by the time I was settled and she returned to the room to start the service.

Everything went well. I don’t think Satisfied is a bad rating to give. The recommended gratuity seemed high compared to online feedback.

I don’t think I got a good match in a therapist and I’ll work on getting it switched.

Therapist, Brit was terrific Friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and addressed them during the session. I will definitely be returning to her again

The message therapist was very good. She lessoned to my needs and focused on my problem areas. She had great communication skills and she is the reason I will be returning.

I never rate a business Highly Satisfied. Always room for improvement and growth. Reward system never explained to me.

The cost of the massages are becoming too pricey. It is nearing the cost I could pay to go to a nicer spa.

I had a facial. My understanding is that it should be an hour which also allows for changing. But I also added on microdermabrasion and one other service. In my mind this would add on time for these other services. But my facial was still an hour. So if seems the regular facial portion was shorter than it should have been.

The massage therapist was fine, but the cbd oil was a waste of money. I just went home and showered it off... I expected a different outcome. Perhaps my expectation was unrealistic.
