I was satisfied with it.

There were just a few flaws. Though all flaws were fixed promptly by receptionist! I did not see many changes in my skin, but that’s most likely because it was just one appointment. I will definitely be coming back again!

Would like to have the lights dim the entire massage, the lights stayed on for the entire posterior massage.

Started a little late and ended early neck massage a little weak

I received a good Swedish massage but I should have asked for deep tissue massage upgrade. I did request deep tissue on my last massage and it was wonderful!

Massage therapist was already late starting the appointment, plus had to go over some new form?, and by the time she asked my areas of concern it was already 15 minutes past appointment time but still finished massage when it was scheduled to be done versus making up for lateness. Room was also very cold. I also requested more pressure more than twice and also requested focus on neck and shoulders for at least 60% of the massage but none of the requests were followed

My aesthetician was very nice but the facial was so basic and she didn’t really go over what she was doing. It was more of a relaxation type of treatment more than a benefit to my skin.

My husband was very unhappy with his massage because he felt the therapist was too rushed with her movements and applied too much pressure. This is his second disappointment for massage so he will not be returning. Mine, however, was out of this world amazing and wish to clone my therapist!! I will be back soon. Thank you.

I was highly satisfied I felt like my aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable-in fact she shared information that was very helpful and easy to understand. I had not even received the kind of attention to detail from my dermatologist.
