My facial was good but not as elaborate as one I had in St Augustine. Mainly due to her using disposable cool towelettes instead hot towels to remove products. She was very nice and knowledgeable on products and skin.

Confusion over the special. Felt the reception area person had difficulty explaining. When questioned the manager stepped in and was a little rude.

Service has gotten more expensive along with everything else in life. Massage therapist I’m seeing is going to a location further away. Not always convenient.

The $10 increase should not have been applied since I was an original member

Somehow my appointment I had made in-person was only scheduled for 50 minutes for my next visit that I booked back in Sept for Nov when it was supposed to be for 90 minutes. I now have to wait until Dec to get a 90 minute.

Massage therapist talked too much, specifically engaging in conversations while I was wanting to relax and not converse. Therapist also did not give any warning when she stretched my leg, making my knee and shoulder meet. Luckily I have the flexibility to do such a stretch, but I was not told it would happen and was not eased in to it. While I will return to this location, I will not book with her again

My husband had the same treatment with another employee and we felt his experience was much better and rewarding than mine

Sometimes I find it hard to fit into my schedule// that is more personal than Hand & Stones problem. I wish the freeze term was longer than 3 months-- I like the membership but dont want to just waste my points --but also dont want to keep paying and cant go do to business of life.

My original appointment was canceled. I was unable to get an appointment with my requested therapist for several weeks. Nothing was offered as compensation for the cancellation whereas I would have had to pay for the appointment had I canceled with that short of notice.

I asked the masseuse for a relaxing massage. I felt that it was more of a deep tissue massage. I did ask her to reduce the pressure at one point. I also need aromatherapy for my sinuses. It was provided but at a distance which wasn’t very effective.
