I was verbally asked by the receptionist ,out loud for a gratuity in front of other guests and asked the amount. That is just low class all around. The rest of the experience was okay but that tainted the whole visit. I don't mind leaving a gratuity, but don’t act like it is expected- gratuity is earned by its definition.

This session was fine. I wish you’d send a survey after EVERY session! Because the last facial I had was awful. The Irish girl, Joanne, coughed in my face constantly. I had to ask her to wear a mask but by then it was too late

I was never asked if the appointment was for relaxation or to relieve pain. While I do believe that my therapist is knowledgeable in massage, it was not at all relaxing. Very vicarious. A lot of pressure, and I felt like I was on the edge of the table the entire time anticipating what was coming next. There was no music for ambiance.

The biggest problem I have is with the availability of appointments. I know that my location is a busy one but it is getting harder and harder to fine availability. I currently have 5 credits. I have tried to make an appointment online from my account but it is very aggravating when they want me to add my credit card information when H&S already has my credit card information on file.

This was the 2nd time I saw this therapist and had let her know I like firm pressure. The pressure really wasn’t firm. It was a nice massage, but not to the caliber of massages I’ve received at Hand & Stone. The therapist was also quite loud when giving me instructions during the session, which was surprisingly since it’s supposed to be relaxing.

I really enjoyed my esthetician, Joann. She was very sweet and took time to discuss her recommendations. I normally prefer less talking my services though. She was good at her job, I just appreciate a little more balance of quiet time too.

I had scheduled an add on for a hand treatment. When I got in the room with the esthetician, she informed me that she does not DO hands. She said she would make it up by adding an eye treatment, which she did not do. By the way, I WAS charged the $10 for the hand treatment which I plan to dispute with the local office.

I did request for the bed to be hot so when I made my appointment I requested that and the bed was not hot or even warm . Had to go with the salt rocks and not the other as they weren’t in the room

I joined the membership program as a referral from my husband who had joined a month prior. My membership welcome packet didn't include a gift card nor the same coupons my husband had received. I still don't see any points on my account and he hasn't been credited 1000 points for the referral. I will contact the store to find out why the difference in our new member packets and when we can expect to see points reflected on our accounts.
