This is a nice well kept and clean environment.

I booked for a facial and when I got there they thought it was a massage. It was supposed to be a 50 minute facial and it only lasted about 30 to 35 minutes

The reason I'm not likely to return in time mentioned is that my husband wouldn't have reason to gift me a visit & I'd go to another much lower priced place on my own, also why I wouldn't recommend. I was happy with service until I realized some kind of makeup (a tinted moisturizer?) had been applied at the end.

Everything about the service was great. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist was very thorough and skilled. I will definitely book another appointment soon.

Reminder text and calls are too often and much. If confirm once no need to continue unless maybe someone has been late often. Live plants instead of fake would be more relaxing and peaceful. Price rises aren’t fun miss the original rate I had

All the questions and info required when I arrived was a waste of time. Should have been sent electronically if truly needed. Not sure it was even read because I put a few things on it and the therapist didn't even know. Massage started late and ended early. 60 mins was not spent on the actual massage. It felt really good, but for the price their definitely was no value. For my future needs I prob will go elsewhere.

Is it normal for a staff member to come in and ask my therapist if they’re okay during my massage? Therapist didn’t touch my neck at all and did not articulate why. No relief to neck as a stated area of concern

The esthetician did not take her time and treat my skin- areas were skipped. Extractions were not done. My skin feels the same and looks the same after spending almost $200 and giving her a 25$ tip. She promised to give me the spf samples and did not.

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable and the therapist was able to work problem spots that she found.
