Highly is a "big" word

It was my first time at Hand & Stone, and I'm very satisfied with my experience. I will highly recommend to my friends and family.

I received my massage via gift certificate from a friend. I could see the gc was $125 and I had booked a first time appt at $69 and added a foot treatment. When I arrived I was told the value of the gc covered massage and tip. I don’t think it was clearly communicated upon arrival that the dollar amount meant nothing and was just got a service. The website should only allow me to book what my gc covered. Not a huge deal but made me feel crummy when I was checking in and asking questions.

It would have been nice if the therapist asked questions during the massage. This location dose seem to be booked out very often. As an over all it would be nice if hand and stone offered showers baths or changing areas. Everything with my visit was as expected and on time. Thank you for the service.

I was satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. I will most definitely be returning. I did enroll into the monthly membership.

Pressure could have been deeper, but I didn't let the massage therapist know I was dissatisfied.

I have been a member at that one for quite some time. I have signed all waiver asked of me. When I tell th3 receptionist is it a certain one and I say I've already done it. Then she still proceeds to make me do I get irritated. I go there to relax and get rid of my stress from work. That's just adding to it and unnecessary. I just feel like with the newer people it is not like it used to be.

overall is was satisfied, my only issue was this is the 2nd time my same therapist did not complete the entire 50 minutes. She took me in at 5:06 and according to the clock in her room we did not start until 5:10. I was ok with that but she should have finished at 6:00 for my full 50 minutes but my massage (again according to the same clock in the room) was over at 5:51. I know it is not a lot of time but this is the second time this particular therapist has done this, and I do pay for 50 minutes. so I switched therapist for the next time I go

I asked for the massage to concentrate on certain areas where I was having pain. I did tell the therapist that I preferred firm pressure; however, I do not feel my muscles were warmed up enough when she streched my head from side to side, and I left feeling like she "pulled" a muscle in my neck. I actually felt worse than when I came in, but I did enjoy the beginning of the massage. I would choose a different clinician next time.

First time with Charity the Massage therapist. I mentioned I don’t like forearms rub on me and then asked to use forearms I think it was my buttocks not sure she said she would like to save her hands.
