It is a nice place and the staff is very friendly. I needed focus on neck and lower back for stress tension, but laid on my back for half the time. Was definitely not happy for therapist to say "hey, do you want me to use a percussion gun to loosen you up", I say "sure, if you want to", and then try to charge me for that afterwards. Um - no... Overall it was relaxing and "OK". Have had waaay better, but have also had worse. But it was nice.

The facial was shorter than I would have liked.

Esthetician was sweet and gave a decent facial but left some scarring from the extractions. Maybe a little more education with an experienced teacher would be beneficial.

I’ve been a member for 7 years. And I usually save a month and double up. I was never told that I could do a 100 minute massage when doubling up…I’d always just done 80 minute ones and then told I could do add ons. I finally asked if I could do 100 minutes and she said I could. She was super nice and helpful I just wish I’d known my options before now.

I was satisfied. I don’t believe there is such thing as highly satisfied.

Therapist was not friendly. Also there were weird pauses during the massage. Seemed like wasted time.

I made a last minute appt and they happily accomodated me. my normal person wasn't there and I didn't expect that. problem i had was the thereapist didn't wear a mask and i shouldve requested it. i and others are getting too relaxed. however the big problem became that when i was on my back and he was massaging my neck i felt his breath on my face and smelled his breath. the biggest worry is covid now as the air was right on my face, nostrils and mouth and I had nowhere to go. I ordered covid test and will be taking them in a few days. I'll be sure to ask the therapist to wear the mask if I so choose to come back again

Massage was ok. I felt relax but there was no special attention to my problem areas. She simply massaged normal In addition i wasn’t called into the back at appointment time (which really was not an issue) but the massage received was less than 60 mins. I started my timer abt 2mins after getting in the room and after the massage ended before I got dressed I checked and I still had 10 mins left. The clock in the room said 10:59 which also was a reflection that I did not receive the full hour. Because when I got in the room it was 10:08

The use of packages via membership is off. The billing and charting of use if packages is always unclear. I want an app that shows my packages, when they were used, what service was provided, and notes that I can make. My husband and I canceled our memberships due to poor fiscal transparency. It's a shame because the location and services are great.

Could have used a bit more pressure for deeper tissue. Other than that very satisfied! Some areas over the years other massage therapists have various techniques or certain areas of pressure...and those areas were missed.... But every therapist does not have the same agenda.... Each one different.... And she did an excellent job.
