Satisfaction is truthfully enough.

I absolutely love this Hand & Stone location. They are always so nice & prompt with my appointments! I love the Aestheticians as well, they have all been great!

Didn’t feel welcome at all by her. It was like she didn’t even want to be there. Worked my back as asked but everything else was bare minimum and not gentle or smooth in her transitions from one area to the next. The whole thing was just off, from start to finish.

Satisfied is good

It takes a lot to get a highly satisfied from me so nothing wrong, I got service I expected but on this trip did not see or receive much that would be above and beyond to get highly satisfied.

This particular massage was extremely rough, and while it was focused on my areas of concern I felt like I was being shaken for an hour. Nothing was done smoothly. It was more jerkingly and brusque. The pressure was fine it was the application of it.

Felt that I was being “unsold”

Very expensive. I've opted for facials because whenever I schedule a massage, the evening and weekend appointments are so limited I have to schedule 2-3 weeks out, and many times after waiting that long my appointment has been canceled the day or two before. When trying to reschedule, I was given the limited options again of weeks out so I just gave up. I like facials but I really need massages for back pain management. The facials are nice, but the steep monthly membership doesn't justify the value for me. I joined for the much needed massages which cannot be consistently accommodated for someone like me who works a basic 9-5 job.

I was verbally asked by the receptionist ,out loud for a gratuity in front of other guests and asked the amount. That is just low class all around. The rest of the experience was okay but that tainted the whole visit. I don't mind leaving a gratuity, but don’t act like it is expected- gratuity is earned by its definition.

This session was fine. I wish you’d send a survey after EVERY session! Because the last facial I had was awful. The Irish girl, Joanne, coughed in my face constantly. I had to ask her to wear a mask but by then it was too late
