Hand and Stone

Due to continued COVID-19 cases and the close physical contact I have with my massage therapist, I wear a mask. Not just for my safety but for theirs as well. My massage therapist did not wear a mask and neither did either receptionist, which does not show consideration for the clients.

Nothing big, just started the massage 10 minutes late, but she gave me the full massage so I’m not upset. I felt a little rushed at the beginning but she did a great job.

Absolutely love going to Hand & Stone after a long day at work. It’s a great way to unwind, whether I get a facial or a massage. I’ve been a member for about 4 years now and my skin has improved drastically!

Oh I was, I must have accidently hit the wrong button... David was very good and helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped relieved tension. Sorry about that...

I was not very relaxed as the massage was extremely intense and deep the entire time she pretty much only used her elbow.

I absolutely love this location. I have been to this one and one other location and prefer this one. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to book an appointment, but other than that everything is always safe and very comfortable.

Head massage was disappointing and very short

The massage wasn’t very good and was not for the amount of time in which i paid.

I feel that I was satisfied with everything and not highly satisfied because I couldn’t schedule a massage during the time I needed it but could schedule a facial.
