Hand and Stone

Absolutely love going to Hand & Stone after a long day at work. It’s a great way to unwind, whether I get a facial or a massage. I’ve been a member for about 4 years now and my skin has improved drastically!

Oh I was, I must have accidently hit the wrong button... David was very good and helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped relieved tension. Sorry about that...

I was not very relaxed as the massage was extremely intense and deep the entire time she pretty much only used her elbow.

I absolutely love this location. I have been to this one and one other location and prefer this one. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to book an appointment, but other than that everything is always safe and very comfortable.

I thought my message was just Ok I have had better messages Hot stones were more “warm” than hot

Head massage was disappointing and very short

The massage wasn’t very good and was not for the amount of time in which i paid.

I feel that I was satisfied with everything and not highly satisfied because I couldn’t schedule a massage during the time I needed it but could schedule a facial.

There is always room for improvement. I did have to ask reception how much my services were as I requested to use packages I accumulated. 2 packages were deducted even though the value wasn’t the same, she didn’t ask if I wanted to use 1 package and pay difference

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I always have a good experience. There are many services I will try in the future!
