$70 for a budget with a $20 tip is not something I can budget every month.

Felt like therapist wasn’t happy that I didn’t book a longer massage. Said I need one and really should do one

I am not sure theassage therapist was a good fit for my needs. She seemed to have a "routine" that did not address my needs. I was left with more pain than when I went in.

I am not happy with the large member price increase! New meme era can pay the new rates but I do t believe I will be able to continue with this new fee structure. I will be using all of my points and current packages and then I’m out. It’s a shame. I have been a loyal member for many years-even when you closed during Covid.

My esthetician was very nice but I’ve had several at this location before and I felt it was missing key pieces. Asked for treatment that wasn’t given, I’m guessing she forgot?

Wish there would have been more pressure during massage and did not feel like the specific area of concern was adequately addressed.

The increase in monthly cost to $69.95 for membership isn’t worth it. The massages are good but the one masseuse that is excellent (Michelle) is always booked and the other masseuses are mediocre.

The ambiance of the entire store is very relaxing. Ever employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The Massage itself was great, as well as the therapist.

Besides the appointment starting 15 minutes after it should have, she didn’t address my back enough- spent too much time on front side, (although I did mention my shoulder pain). At check out I forgot I have a free add-on, so I was charged for it. Should have been in my profile

Highly satisfied with visit will not be returning as moving out of state and closest location. Isn’t convenient to new home.
