I felt that I had had better facials in the past. Spent a lot of time on extractions and less on over all skin conditioning.

Too much sales activity going on in reception area. No privacy provided during departure interactions. Seemed like slot of high pressure sales activity going on.

I booked a massage for myself & my partner for 90 minutes each, not in a couples room. For some reason my partner received all the notifications & the intake e-mail, but I received NO intake on-line. I had to do it just before my massage. It was one of the longest intake forms ever & doesn't set the tone for a relaxing massage visit. There were two receptionists, the one I had to deal with seemed out of place and undertrained. I went in and told Tamera what I wanted and she was GREAT! She totally listened to me and provided me the massage I asked for. BUT, then when I got back into the lobby, I discovered a very unahppy boyfriend. They mistakenly gave him a 50 minute massage, NOT the 90 minute one we had booked. When he was leaving the massage room he said, "Isn't this supposed to be a 90 minute massage?" His massage therapist told him no and the front desk peeps backed her up. He sat to wait for me, it took them 20 minutes to admit their mistake and nothing was done to make it better. Additionally, he wasn't happy with the massage he did receive.

I loved my massage and everyone was super friendly! The only thing is I would have liked more time after my massage to continue to decompress and take my time getting dressed again, I felt a little rushed when it was over.

Reception not overly friendly. Took a long time to check out and pay for services. No one offered to help me book another appointment or give me details on a membership.

The massage therapist talked too much during the massage which took away from the treatment. However, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

been a member for almost 3 years. during that time i had a high risk pregnancy & had to place my membership on hold. because we are a military family, i often have problems getting childcare to come in = a large amount of credits. (last time i came in i had 8 to use.) at check out today was told i have 2 credits available. with a common name of Andrea Brown, often people will use the wrong account. there is no verification at arrival or booking over the phone that you have the correct person. i believe someone else has used my credits, and was told oh well. availability of appointments is an issue.

Everything related to my actual massage was superb and that is always the case. But on almost every single visit I've made over the last year, there has been some kind of an issue with the business side of things. Many times, they've had a hard time finding my account because "they just got a new system." Yesterday, they used my package to pay for my sister's (who came with me), but we never asked them to. They have created appts despite me saying I'm not ready to schedule and there was also a series of unauthorized charges last year because someone internally tied my credit card to two profiles. This most recent time, I called to make an appt and left a voicemail and no one called me back. The massage therapists all do fantastic jobs and the ladies at the front desk are always friendly, but the consistent issues, even though typically minute, are kind of frustrating and make me wonder if they're indicative of a greater leadership issue.

Very nice store everyone was kind friendly. Arrived @8:50 for my 9.00 apt. There was one other customer waiting with a mask on. I had a mask on while waiting. Then a couple arrived no masks. They were greeted as if they had been there before. The sign on the door states masks must be worn.that made me uncomfortable. Management didn’t follow thru I don’t feel coming back.
