My experience was great, Brandi really gave me a great experience, but I was really sore the next morning. My back felt like just worked out.

I did not know when I selected the type of facial that it was for one 30 minutes and I felt somewhat pressured to purchase some of the products being used. Not overly pressured but just wanted to relax and not look at products afterward.

Service was good but not worth the money. So much expensive. Plus ridiculous gratuity. I won’t be back here and I won’t recommend anyone this place. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have had facials at another spa. Those sessions lasted 60 minutes and more products and massage was used. I was surprised by the simplicity of this facial. I did love the micro ablation results.

The microdermabrasion machine was over doing the vitamin c serum and it kept leaking on my eyelids. I had to specifically ask for something to cover my eyes. The esthetician could not seem to get it adjusted properly. For $150 facial it should have been better.

I really like the esthetician (Laura) that does my facials. She is thorough and caring. However, Jennifer, who massaged me last time is not good at all. She needs a lot of training, as she, in my opinion, is not ready to work with people yet. My husband does better massages than she does, and he is amateur. She was doing it as someone who hasn't had a professional training at all. It was almost useless to explain to her what I needed from her. Zinovia (not sure how to spell her name), on the other hand, was great and knew how to massage deep tissues. Too bad she left, as I would keep coming to her every month. I hope Suzie will be just as good as Zinovia (I'll be seeing her next Friday).

I was highly satisfied with my experience! It was my first visit and it exceeded my expectations. The only issue for me (which is not Hand and Stone’s fault) was there were two other customers inside who did not wear masks. I noticed there was a sign on the outside of building stating a mask was required though. No staff member asked them to wear a mask, but I understand they probably did not want to upset the customers who were not wearing masks.

Felt bed wasn’t that soft and cozy. Bed was not. Heated at first. Music sometimes nonexistent. Planned on becoming a member. Received a gift of $50 but ended up paying what I would have if a member with the gift. So gift card was like a waste. Booked online which would have meant points as a member, but received nothing. Disappointed.

I requested a female massage therapist but had a male therapist. Ultimately that worked out fine because he was very nice. I had a previous bad experience with a male massage therapist at a different provider so I was less relaxed for the experience in the beginning. But overall had a pleasant experience and will be back in the future.

Therapist was excellent and front desk is friendly. Rooms are pretty basic but efficient. Took me awhile to find a therapist I liked.
