Hand and Stone

Therapist did a weird massage on the front of my neck and in the area of my arteries. It felt off, never had that done before. They mainly focus on the back of the neck usually. Therapist seemed newer and I think will improve with time.

Facial upgrade too expensive for what you get

Tough to get a massage appt. I’ve been rescheduled twice already and decided to use my membership for a facial. I do wish the esthetician spent a little less time on extractions which I felt took up too much of my appointment :(

Table was somewhat cool. Heated table would have been more comfortable . Some music in room would have also been nice

Preferred therapists have longer booking schedules now.

The therapist brought up topics during the massage that made me uncomfortable. Especially when it came to the vaccine. I’m not sure why that was necessary to be brought up.

There have been a few times when I have called on the phone and the receptionist has not been super friendly.

I have been to other local hand and stones in the area and regret it everytime. This location is by far the best! The staff if very friendly and willing to make sure my needs are met!

60 minutes massage and 15 plus minutes of it are waiting for something. $20:for hot stones seems exuberant for what it was. Even more time not spent on massage.

Everything was normal Great overall No problems
