Hand and Stone

My receipt for the tip and my second receipt for the candle that I purchased would not print out. I was told that I both of them were emailed to me. A hour later I called and the receptionist said it does take an hour or two to receive, and I should call back if I don’t receive in another hour. I didn’t receive. I called again and the same receptionist told me she just emailed to me again. It been over 24 hours and I have STILL NOT received both receipts 😢😤😠

David did a weird massage. I don't know if all massage therapist follow the same model but he was rough, he didn't understand what I was asking. My back was hurting and i told him to work on it but he barely touched it. We did a couples massage and we were charged for using the couples room. Nobody explained that there was an extra charge for everything.

My therapist talked way too much. I couldn’t relax. I felt agitated. She didn’t massage my upper or lower back. No glute massage. It was a lazy massage. Probably because she just ate lunch that I had to hear all about as well as how tired she was from her heavy lunch! She’s a nice girl but talks way too much!! Uses a lot of oil that her hands are sliding on your body instead of getting into the muscles and body massage. I just wanted an hour of peace and quiet. Too much talking!!

There is always room for improvement. I would like to try a female therapist, not that David was bad, just not sure the receptionist paired me well with the therapist. Not paired well with therapist because appointments are hard to get.

I like Hand and Stone, that being said my therapist gave more of like a back rub instead of message. I requested not have this therapist before and still ended up with her.

Highly Satisfied should be the top selection on surgery not the bottom. I may have selected the wrong answers on some questions not realizing it. Rooms are too cold. I was freezing. It was hard to fully relax. That was the only real complaint I have. Also the therapist could’ve been a little more thorough by doing arms/hands legs/feet Only worked on the focus areas. Not a full body massage.

I was never flipped over to do the front side of my body. The cbd didn’t do much and it seems to have taken away massage time. For the extra $30, the massage was not even barely 50 min

Getting a good masseuse is hit and miss, some of them are amazing and some don't seem to know what they're doing.

It was fine. Nothing stood out to make it exceptional. It was nice.

You have to schedule so far in advance to get a weekend appointment. It's inconvenient. Add ons are overpriced.
