Hand and Stone

Pressure was just a bit less than I needed. I could have asked for more, so not exactly her fault. This was not my “regular person”.

I had asked about the Neck Enhancement to the facial and didn't get an answer as to why it was a good or not. I did proceed with having the procedure. Still not certain of its benefits and was not encouraged to try it again. I wasn't a fan of the Esthetician wearing gloves during most of the procedure. Didn't know if that was a an expectation due to Covid? I don't recall anyone wearing gloves before who administered the facial. I will return to Hand and Stone and will for now continue my membership. Turnover also seems to be an issue at this location. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

The room I was placed in was for couples massages and it was extremely cold. I felt the therapist didn’t spend a lot of time on my back.

I really needed a deep cleanse, mask has caused crazy damage and clogged pores and I had asked doe extractions but was told I didn’t need them.

Loved the place. It was clean and I felt safe. My therapist was great but the massage itself wasn't what I expected or up to par to previous massages in the past. I will say this was my first time at Hand & Stone and I will continue to come back and just try all the female massage therapists until I find the one I really like. That's all. I did like the place and became a member after my massage!

Highly satisfied would mean It’s one of the best experiences. It was just good. Not outstanding. I was satisfied.

My husband and I like to schedule our appointments at the same time and you have to book out weeks in advance to do this. Would like the ability to book sooner rather than later.

Please work on the app. It’s not effective and calling the salon is difficult. They are always busy. I would prefer to make any appointment at any time and earn points for it

I felt that I had had better facials in the past. Spent a lot of time on extractions and less on over all skin conditioning.

Too much sales activity going on in reception area. No privacy provided during departure interactions. Seemed like slot of high pressure sales activity going on.
