Jason was great very friendly made my session great.

On the table, the sheets/blanket smelled a bit like they did not dry all the way.

Felt therapist could have used a little more pressure. Did not feel i received a full body . Arms and front of legs were not addressed.

It’s more about massage pressure but after only one time it’s probably hard to make someone that you don’t know totally satisfied. I think all therapists are great there but probably need of couple times to be perfectly adjusted to the client.

I enjoyed my experience very much. I did feel very "sold" not only in service but also in product. I am there to relax and the upsell makes me uncomfortable.

too many options offered for additional purchases took away from the relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was good. I was satisfied. I will return.

I just feel like the prices for 50-minute and 80-minute massages are expensive as it is in comparison to other massage therapy places. The tip added and if you get any add-ons its $10-$30 each; it'd be better if all these things were made affordable. Last, I asked for firm massage and was charged $10 for that. Come on.

I would have liked it with a little more pressure as I recently moved and my body is out of wack. I asked for more pressure and she did a little better, but some areas needed more. Please, no negative for my therapist. She was accommodating. It’s just when finances are tough, you want your money to be well spent and I could have used a deeper massage.

I was given a gift certificate for a massage or facial but was only allowed to use it for a massage I really wanted a facial and was willing to pay any difference. The receptionist was extremely nice but I do not understand why I could not get a facial?
