Hand and Stone

It was a date for my wife and I. The staff was friendly. They were running behind a little but kept us in the loop once they acknowledged us being there.

The check out process was a little confusing, especially in regards to using my packages and leaving tip. I prefer to use my packages specifically on my aesthetic services, not applying value to a tip afterwards. I do understand this location just opened so I am forgiving in that regard as far as training and proper checkout. As far as the service overall, the services should be better catered to those with memberships so that those willing to use packages can do so without having to pay more or having leftover money left on the table at the end of the service. If these nuances aren't worked out, I have a feeling you will lose memberships. Otherwise staff is great, Shiloh was beyond helpful and cheerful. Esthetician was very pleasant, though compared to by other location, I didn't like how she placed the towels on the face during the facial and she provided no neck or shoulder massage during the facial as I've always gotten before.

Seemed a little disorganized but I understand because it just opened in thi location.
