Very clean Great staff

The massage was great. The only thing that got me upset was that my credit card had not gone through from last month when I signed up for the membership. It was resolved after I gave them my CC number again. I had a credit of $40 on my account for a gift card but they could not find it. This made me a bit angry but was resolved quickly after they did some digging. To me these 2 types of information should not be lost. Everything was resolved by the end of my visit.

Excellent massage therapist- attentive and knowledgeable. Instant reduced muscle tension.

I would have liked to be able to not wear a mask. I understand though it just isn’t as relaxing. It made me want to stay facing down longer.

I was more than satisfied with my massage therapist. The problem was with the receptionists. Some didn’t know what they were doing and the other was very rude.

Check out was a bit crowded with other clients and staff. Social distancing made it a little weird. Other than that is was very satisfied.

During the facial She spent very little time actually cleaning pores/whiteheads, just focused on my nose and didn’t check the rest of my face.

My massage was satisfying in the sense of getting a massage. The therapist is new. It takes time to adjust to a therapist when you can tell that they are new.

As I was leaving the receptionists was very "salesy" when it wasn't in my budget and I really just came in as a birthday gift. (Which tends to kill the relaxed feeling one hopes for).
