Not understanding why it’s saying I wasn’t highly satisfied when I selected the highly satisfied option. All I said was that I’m not likely to continue my membership and selected why

I just don’t give Highly satisfied ratings.

The staff was very friendly. They were prompt and effective.

Everything was great with my appointment. I feel like having the membership may be more than ALL the sales hand and stone is constantly advertising. I’m very upset that I have to also pay an additional $10 to transfer anyone of my packages. That was not explained to me when I signed up.

The sales pitch regarding the membership. Lots of info, very scripted and honestly it causes stress after a beautiful day. Maybe do that before the appointment. The person was very nice and I’m sure it’s required. But being pushed about money and a membership is the last thing you want to deal with after a nice visit. Do it before

Well would be nice if the expert tell you how you skin looks and needs ..cuz we dont know untill someone tells you..

Like the products used for facial. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Relaxing

Massage started at 10 after and was over at 52 after. Thought it was supposed to be 50 minutes.

I’ve been to this location 3 times for 4 services. Three were nice borderline mediocre and one was phenomenal. I just don’t think only 1 in 4 services is worth a membership with Hand and Stone.

Booked a hot stone massage. When I arrived, I was told I could not have a hot stone because of an issue the therapist was having and the person who scheduled was new.
