I just needed time to relax and unwind. My massage therapist was gentle, calming, and experienced. I would recommend this location and therapist.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable about areas of my back and let me know my lower back muscles were inflamed. She suggested after the massage a cold press which did wonders to my back pain. And her massage also greatly reduced my back pain to zero. She was very sweet and understanding.

I didn't see the option to book the trigger point massage online, so I called. Karen, the receptionist, was fantastic and was able to book me the same day. Before the massage started, Gen, the MT, asked what areas I needed/wanted to focus on, and he spent a lot of time working out the knots. My mobility is much better today than it has been in a few days.

The entire appt went very smoothly.

The staff is always friendly, polite and efficient. I leave every visit valuing the time and money spent for massage. Massages make my body function better by releasing tension and knots.
